Respond to the Complaint Hello [redacted] , The walk through that had taken place was prior to the move out of the furniture from the apartment The time the walk through was conducted, you were inform that there maybe possible damages once you move out there would be more extensive walk through The attached you will see from Mars Carpet Services the recommend cleaning of the carpet The carpet was new at the time you moved in which was two years prior I have also attached a copy of the pictures of the damages you were charged at the time of you move out, which is the cleaning of the refrigerator, drip pans, and the carpet Please advise if we can assist you further Management

It would've been nice to do a walk through before being charged because I definitely disagree with the charges! I personally cleaned the apt and had the help of family members as wellI would love to see pictures as wellAnd in my lease the deposit is $so can you explain the $(was it because of the gate card) ??

I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern sorry but I don't agree with the decision made about the apartment I lived in the only thing I feel that I am responsible for is the burners on the stove as far as the carpet the dirt is from regular foot traffic made by coming and going the spots in the refrigerator is being blown out of proportion because you can hardly see them even in the photo,I don't understand why she think that,the light dark spots in the freezer is so bad that she would want to charge me for it.what im trying to say is I clean the hole fridgerator why wouldn't I clean the hole fridgerator and just leave that spot dirty I would understand if I,left meat,soda,ice cream stain inside the fridgerator if you call that dirty what is clean? Why would I take my time cleaning out,the whole fridgerator leaving a few light spots that you can hardly see with the naked eye.I,live in three other apartment's,stayed and cleaned and never had a problem receiving my deposit.My understanding that,the items that,they charging me for was a wear and tear I think all this have something to do with when I reported them to the corporate office on 6-8-about,the air conditioning l don't mean no disrespect but what is wear and tear? On the carpet if the carpet is dirty to the point,that,they have to charge me for it what's considered a wear and tear
