Order never sent
I ordered banana puddings for family in North Carolina. They provided a Fed Ex tracking number. The order was supposed to be sent overnight. Fed Ex showed label printed after 2 days, but never picked up. Not able to contact by phone. Sent email that said it had been shipped, but refunded my money. They didn’t offer to send another. Checked package never delivered. They offered a discount for a future order. Not sure about a reorder.

Cakes are delicious and rich in flavor
It is our go-to place to buy some cake whenever we have a celebration or just craving for something sweet. My daughter said it's worth the wait because it is one of the most famous bakeries in New York. Their banana pudding is very delicious and rich in flavor. They had the best carrot cake I've tried in my entire life. It was so tasty and not too sweet for my taste buds.

Stale bakery items
I purchased Chocolate Chunk Cookies and Brownie & Blondie Combo set online for Easter. The cookies were stale and the brownies were rock hard. I contacted customer service via email since they do not have a phone number and was only given a credit of 55.00 when my purchase amount was 118.00. order #mb-131811

CupCake Disaster
If I could give them a zero I would. Placed a order for my daughters birthday. called them directly because I did it from their website after holding & speaking to a confused lady she said that her manger said I have to call door dash because that who they use to deliver. Mind you it was them who packed 8 cupcakes and 4 mini cheese cakes into one tiny bag that came completely crushed. Not door dash issue but very poor packing. cup cakes sideways and crushed cheese cakes. The only two that cam nice were 2 frozen pinkish looking cupcakes. why not send all of them frozen then? Never make that mistake again. Terrible customer service on their part. One star is to kind!

Cashier on duty was unsure of the bill received upon paymentManager on duty counted the drawer to check if the balance was under or over cash due, the drawer was balanced indicating at the time that the correct change was givenAnother Manager who was closing counted the drawer and found overage
but had no contact information for the guest who was owed moneyGuest information has been shared with Management team and refund is owed

Review: Ordered bakery product on 2/** for delivery by 3/* (for a family member's birthday on 3/*). Product shipped on 3/* with 2-day delivery, stuck in [redacted] facility for past several days, and new anticipated delivery is 3/**. Product is perishable and will be inedible.Called to cancel order today, 3/**. Was told they don't refund for delays caused to inclement weather, was first offered a gift card for value of product only ($42) but not shipping ($31) or a reshipment. I said that was not satisfactory and I would not shop at Magnolia Bakery again, since recipient wouldn't receive edible/usable product. Spoke to a manager who agreed to refund my credit card the cost of product ($42). So, I've now paid $31 for a box of inedible macaroons that may or may not ever arrive at their location. Happy Birthday, indeed.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund, not this partial refund without product. I am not satisfied with the resolution of this case. I would like my $31.64 back. Please help me get a full refund so I can use the money to buy a gift that will actually arrive. Thank you!
