We had to trucks that came on our property and parked with out paying a parking fee I went to the front desk and spoke to [redacted] about the matter and he told me that two men came in and asked about room but never asked about parking or towing My maintenance man also told me about the two trucks that were trespassing on our property I called the Sheriff department and was told it was private property that I could have them towedI called the towing company and they two both trucks off our property Later that night they came in and were upset the sheriff department was called Mr [redacted] and the other driver came in different times wanting me to pay the towing bill Mr [redacted] also stated to me that he new that we charged a towing fee and I told him that is why you got towedYou were on private property Like I told him you could have paid the fee and you wouldn't have been towed We have had these four wheeler groups leave water on flood out parking lot and leave all kind of trashSO the only way to control is to have them pay the parking fee or be towedI listen to Mr [redacted] call my front desk clerk a liar , but it comes down to the fact that they were on our property and it is private and they chose to park and not pay a fee So in order to beat a parking fee they received a tow bill That is a choice they made and then they got upset This is not a billing issue it is a trespass issue on our propertySo see they even lied about this complaint!!!!!!!!!!
