I am rejecting this response because: I still see them in the covering that they put over my mattress and I have a 10month old and being that they told me they were gone I started bAck sleeping in my room and I explained to Melissa they were biting me n my lil girl and she told me he is the expert so he knows so she doesn't believe what I am saying to her so now im not allowed in the office so I really am trying to move because of the bed bug and the poor management so if u could get back with me on the next step if there is one
