Mrs. ***Upon further investigation I have the following explanation to offer. The customer provided receipt clearly shows an approved prepaid amount of $50.00, a fuel purchase of $and an adjustment of $33.61. The customer needs to look at their bank
statement for the purchase amount of $16.39. This amount will be on or around the 5th day of August. I am told by the bank that there is typically a day hold period for a transaction like this one. The customer will not see a $debit, then a purchase and then a credit back for the unused approved amount. They will only see the actual purchase amount. If the customer still has an issue, I strongly recommend that they take their receipt along with their bank statement to the financial institution they deal with and perhaps the bank will be able to explain adequately. Review: on August 5,2015 I whent to the Magnolia Discount on South Carrolllton to purchase gas for my truck. I wanted to purchase $15.00 worth of gas, but the cashier charged $50.00 to my credit card. She said that the company would return $33.61 to my credit card but to date the money has not been credited back to my card. I returned one time and spoke to the " shift manager" who also said that the money would be refunded to my card. As of today still no refund has been made.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to return my money either in cash, check or to my credit card
