Terrible business practices!
I’ve been getting every rude calls from a service regarding a civil complaint for a loan. I left messages to get information and haven’t heard from them. They even called my ex-husband. We divorced when my kid was in kindergarten. My kid is 20! Terrible business practices.

My name is Kimberly Ratliff and I have been an account holder with this bank since 2007. I called this morning and spoke with a customer service rep and was unhappy to the point that I have decided to close my account there.

I called to state that my account was overdrawn due to the fact that Trustmark Mortgage took out my mortgage twice due to a computer glitch. The computer did not give me a confirmation so I paid it again to ensure they received it. I explained the situation to the representative. She saw where it was taken out twice but all she could suggest is that she can could refund me 3 of the overdraft fees and that it was policy. I also stated that I was not notified that my account was in the negative as other banks do and she stated that Magnolia Federal does not have time to send everyone that goes into overdraft a notification. She also stated that they may send notification if they are in the negative for a long time. My account has been in the negative for a week. That is what I consider a long time due to the fact overage charges are being applied to the account daily. It may be true that Magnolia Federal does not have time but that is why other banks send notifications electronically and I consider it bad customer service.

I spoke with Trustmark and they are going to refund the money but because I don’t have an account with them they could not reverse the payment, but they would send a paper check. We were told that even if they reversed that payment like it never happened, Magnolia still could not refund the money. My problem with the call is that I am a member who did nothing wrong. I admitted Magnolia was not responsible for taking it out twice. It was never my intention to go into overdraft. I have no money to eat, to get gas or to pay the remainder of my bills for the month. I am not rich, I only get paid once a month. Magnolia Federal is going to take money I do not have to make a profit off a long standing member because it’s policy.

I not blaming the representative, I am blaming the bank for a “no matter what the circumstance is” policy!

This is one company that I regret dealing withThey have reported me to the credit bureau for #- day ***'s; for $12, for $45, and for $They repoed my truck for almost being days lateThey never send letters to inform you of anythingThey use unprofessional AA in collections who are haters to send you emails when you get weeks behind on an autoloanI had an auto loan with [redacted] for years; never lateI went with MFCU with a credit score for a company nearby/I wish I would have stayed with [redacted] Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS Unprofessional company full of AA haters!!!! I would give them a -zero if possible

Thank you for providing the screenshots showing the incomplete information provided. Due to the incomplete information provided, the credit union will refund the $overdraft fee. The refund has been credited to the account

I paid off my car loan almost a month agoI have not received the title to my carI have made numerous call to Magnolia Federal to find out what the problem isI'm always told someone will have to call me backThey refuse to return my callI have yet to receive a return phone call

I, *** *** am filing a complaint on this credit union because of there actionsThey cleared my account*** *** Brandch manager saw where they made mistakes on my account and did nothing to help me and I have been a member for over years *** *** threatened me and told what he would do and where he was from and he don't have a filter H was very disrespectful to meI notified the manager he did nothing like it was my faultThen they lied and said they tried to contact me on my accountThere are no records on thatThey never notified me( Very unprofessional)

This is the 4th time my account has been hit with unnecessary overdraft feesThe app & what Magnolia is telling you are two different thingsThey are stealing money

They overdrafted my card $Before I swiped my card I checked my app for the amount on my card apparently I overdrafted about 20$ & I gotta pay them 130$ just for overdraft fees When I opted out of overdraft for my account !then I have to pay them $25/month just for having an account with them! And I cannot get anyone to discuss this with me from magnolia ! Please help !

On Feb 19,, I checked my Available balance which was I made a purchase at *** for The next day, I had nsf fees totaling from pending transactions that postedI don't use checks so these were all debit card purchasesI contacted the Magnolia Fcu and needed an explanationFrom previous banking, transactions that don't post due to waiting for the merchant to claimSo you have a Current and then the Available, which is minus the pending chargesAs spoke with the rep she basically read down the transaction list but ever explained how my Available balance showed I had funds but pending transactions which should have already came out ran through againShe credited me the back as a courtesy sighting non bank error, which made no senseAfterwards the credit my account was still -22.62, again they never explained why these popped up, other then pending transactions don't post until the merchant claimsAs I explain I get that and that's why they

I am rejecting this response because: NO resolution has been offered to this issue and it has not been resolved. The Executive Office just made several phone calls to me; but not offering an/NO resolution. A waste of my time and theirs for them to keep calling me because one department does not know what another department is doing and NO management staff is involved in the process.

I have been charged separate overdraft fees of the price of $eachThese fees are said to be issued by the bank in regards to transactions that processed more than days after the transactions had taken placeBefore this was notified to me I had made a $deposit into my bank account and they took my $to partially cover the $overdraft fee The bank processing of these transactions seemed to be abas it relates to typical accountig principals The bank was notified of those transactions when they took place, and therefore my account should have reflected them appropriately or in an appropriate amount of time Management has refused to refund me
