Magnolia HRG gutted and extended the second floor bathroom in my cape cod style home They turned my dingy, cramped, small bathroom into a larger, roomier and simply fabulous spa-like bath experienceFrom my first interaction to the final inspections, Vic [redacted] was professional, up front and honest about what was included in the contract I opted for labor only services and selected and provided my own materials, which worked out great for me Vic responded to all of my emails, texts and phone calls immediately which always gave me a feeling that he cared about my project and was always available to answer my questions and clarify my vision for the projectHis crew arrived to the project every day all day until completion which took only weeks from start to finish (amazing!!) All the tradesmen hired by Magnolia HRG were professional, the craftsmanship was excellent and they were super neat and clean, leaving my house in excellent condition after each full day’s workI would highly recommend Magnolia HRG to any homeowner who is looking for a job well done by a professional and courteous contractor Thank you for making my dream bathroom a reality!!!

I saw the Magnolia Home Remodeling Group add in our local Clipper Magazine I contacted several other companies and met with each to discuss replacing the entire siding on the house, new windows throughout the house, masonry work on the exterior of the house where old brick was including the chimney and a new automatic garage door I dealt with Chris Fontana, one of the owners of the company, and I liked that he was not pushy like many of the other salespeople that I met with to discuss particular jobs For me, it was easier to deal with one general contractor than a bunch of different people for each project Each particular crew that came out was polite, professional and highly skilled Of course I was nervous with such a big undertaking, but Chris and Vic dealt with issues that came up (there are always issues that arise when you are doing any kind of renovation - you just have to figure out a solution and then go with the flow) I love my siding, my new windows and my new stonework on the house It changed my house and I know my neighbors are jealous of how nice it turned outMy favorite feature - my new automatic garage door Never had one before - ever I never use my front door anymore It is just so convenient to hit that button and not use my keys Special thanks to Chris and Vic and their new project manager, Jeff, all their foremen and crews - Barbosa for siding, Thomas for windows and Silva for masonry and Steve for gutters I plan to do some renovating inside the house next, but I just have to figure out a design first and deal with some other issues before I can move forward, but I do plan to use Magnolia for that as well I increased the value of my home and I love to drive up to it now It looks beautiful My life is certainly far from being perfect, but I feel that the outside of my home finally is Thanks Guys!!! I can’t say enough good things about Magnolia Home Remodeling Group! I needed to replace the retaining wall in my backyard and could not find a reliable company for the taskThen I remembered that Magnolia had fixed my neighbor’s roof, so I called for a free estimateUnlike the other contractors who didn’t bother to show up for the estimates they promised, Magnolia scheduled an appointment, called a couple days before to confirm the appointment, and called again the day of the appointment to let me know when they were on the way
Chris instantly put me at ease with his professionalism and knowledge of the workAfter taking measurements, he brought out his laptop to explain the entire process using diagrams and pictures from previous work sitesHe kept an open line of communication following that meeting providing us with a contract as well as the materials he had shown us in case we had any further questionsOnce everything was signed, work began shortly thereafterSilva and his team were BEYOND polite, very industrious, and respectful of the property throughout the entire processI am incredibly pleased with the final product and the experience as a whole
I highly recommend Magnolia for your home remodeling and improvement needs! More companies could stand to learn from the excellent standards they set in the industry!

I hired them to remove and replace my roof, siding, gutters and shutters, as well as refinish my doors and foundation. Not only did one of the owners spend as much time as needed to discuss what would be done, he was always available whenever I had questions during the time it was being done. I could call him on the phone or send him an email and he would answer immediately each time. All of the workmen were exceptional!! They were polite, very hard working, considerate of my property, cleaned up at the end of each day, accommodating and very worthy of my high praise! I have nothing but raves about each and every one I had contact with and would highly recommend them to everyone who requires work done on their house. The owner made promises and kept every single one of them. I was even given "before and after" pictures to remind me of all the work I had done by them. If I decide to make any more improvements to my house you can be sure that they will be my first and only choice to do the job.
