I have an email with my reservation stating I can change or cancel my reservation and they are refusing to do so I never signed a contract with them
I made a reservation with this hotel under a group bookingI myself never signed a contract nor was given any of the details in the contract I have an email reservation stating I can cancel or change my reservation as long as I do so the day before my arrival by 4:p.mI called on *** to cancel my Saturday night reservation and was told them wouldn't cancel for me but refused to tell me why I was told I would receive a call back and after waiting hours I called back and asked for a manager I was then told I couldn't cancel because the person who made our group booking signed a contract that does not state anyone by her name that stated we couldn't cancel I requested a copy of this said contract and was refused a copy because I didn't sign it When I asked how I could be held in the terms of a contract I never received
