When I called Magnolia Inn and Suites to book my room, I was promised two queen size beds However, when I arrived, the beds were double beds I tried to resolve my issue with the front desk, but the employe said that she was new and did not know how to handle this She requested that I contact management once I returned home Once I was home, I tried to contact the hotel management The man on the phone told the that I should have checked out once I realized they were double beds (this was not possible, we arrived late and most other hotels were fully booked) He then hung up on me
Other than the smaller than promised beds, I found many other problems in our room The bathroom door would not close, and main door had to be slammed to shut The curtains were heavily stained, and there were multiple bugs on the floor Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with my experience
