Review: I purchased merchandise from this business on october 29 2015, the money was deducted from my bank account and I have not gotten product. I emailed them three times and no response. I called and on monday nov 17th they said they would look into why my order was not shipped, I tried contacting them the next day, and the day after that and no responseDesired Settlement: I would either like my product or a refund

Review: I placed an order with this company and one of the products arrived half empty( it had spilled all over the inside of the shipping envelope and the other products that I ordered) I emailed them 3 times with my order # and no response to date. Until I called them out on IG they asked me to Email the again which I did; still no response and my comment on IG has been removed....Desired Settlement: Refund my money and a letter of apology

Review: They promised that they will check on the status of my items, but have yet to contact me even though I have send them tons of emails. My package has had a shipping label created for it for over a week, but they haven't shipped it yet. Why am I paying for shipping and giving my hard earned money to the company when they are too lazy to ship? I am not the only one having this problem, they have numerous complaints on their Instagram about their horrible customer service. Why own a business if you can't handle things effectively. I advise no one to by from this company. They are lazy and the customer service is horrendous!!Desired Settlement: I want my hard earned money of $22.50 back!!!
