This company was given all the information about my safeThey said they had to look at it to determine why it would not openSaid it would only cost $to come lookGot here, took the face off the safe, asked for a battery, gave him one and he changed itSafe worked fine, then he told me I owed him $216! I pointed out they could have told me over the phone to check the batteryHe said the additional $was for his workIt took minutes! Then the guy would not leave when I told him he was only getting the $19!
