Review: Upon finishing my nails my nail tech transported my [redacted] handbag from the work station to the drying station. While doing so he had nail polish in his hand that spilled all over my bag. He turned the bag around in such a way for me not to notice. When I got to my car I realized there was fresh nail polish all over my purse and I returned to the spa immediately. I showed my nail tech the damage and he said that was an easy fix. He got cotton balls and acetone and began to dab at my bag. He ended up giving me the bottle of acetone to take home and clean it myself after getting my nails done. I was able to get my purse cleaned but there is a slight discoloration where the nail polish was. I was given zero compensation other than the advice to wear gloves while attempting to clean it myself. The salon took zero responsibility for what occurred.Desired Settlement: I want to be compensated for my permanently damaged handbag. My purse is valued over $250 and it is damaged at no fault of my own.
