Faulty workmanship and failure to return phone calls, answer letter and honor warranty .Registered Letter to Magnolia Tire.To :- [redacted] , Magnolia Tire Pros, Horn Lake Ms. 4/27/15 [redacted]It has been weeks since we talked about the repair you performed on my Suburban last year. (Invoice #XXXXX). I have tried to call and left messages on numerous occasions with different members of your staff only to be told every time that you are not available. As you will not return my calls I will write down where we are and what I want Magnolia Tire to do.The bearing repair you did immediately leaked oil from the Rear diff. which was repaired again by you on 6/27/14 by replacing a damaged seal - caused at installation. Since then my local GM dealer has had to replace the Diff completely as it is totally destroyed due to lack of oil and faulty installation. The damage caused by one of your Techs. is documented by the dealer and photos taken. The workmanship was poor and not what I would expect from an AC Delco representative or any repair shop and that fact that you will not return my phone calls is only causing further frustration. I had the differential and rear axle replaced completely by the GM dealer as the car could not be driven, due to the damage caused and was hoping to have a conversation with you to have my costs returned from the repair on 5/20/14. This is not unreasonable as I have spent $2,500 on the new repair and been without my vehicle for weeks.Your AC Delco warranties did not work out even to your surprise, however your invoice clearly states and I signed to the effect that you offer a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty without limitations stated on the paperwork.I expect you to reimburse me for the total amount of $1,027,63 immediately, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action for the whole amount of the recent repair as well and all associated costs to do that which is considerably more than I hoped to discuss with you.I expect to hear from you soon, be the gentlemen you were during the repair and stand by your workmanship and Warranty.Desired SettlementI expect to be reimbursed for the total amount of Invoice XXXXX - $1,027,63Business Response Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)Payment was made in full as requested.
