SCAM COMPANY - STAY AWAY! BAIT AND SWITCH! When something is too good to be true (even on Cyber Monday)--it probably isI bought a Sony 75" 4K TV for hundreds less than Best Buy on Cyber MondayA week later, they tell me to call them to "verify" my purchaseThey told me I ordered the "commercial" version and I should order the residential for 100s moreNo where did it say commercial when I ordered itThis is a classic bait and switch technique perpetrated by used car salesmenI doubt that they even had the commercial version available

Be wary of doing business with this company I placed an order for a TV on Cyber MondayThe price was significantly lower than the competitors and included several "free" bonuses including a TV wall mount, HDMI cable, and extended warrantyThe price should have been a warning, but sites like Google showed 100+ positive reviews so I went ahead I received an email regarding my purchase without an order numberThe email said they would contact me when my order was readyThey provided a phone number for questions with the caveat that their lines were very busy and wait times were long I waited for days without any further notificationI tried calling and as expected waited on hold without being able to get throughI sent an email, and I did get a response that again said they were very busy and would get in touch when the order was readyThey provided the same phone number with the same caveat that their lines were busy so expect to wait Ultimately, a week after placing my order I received an email saying my order was ready for processing but it could not be released until I called themI was well on my way to losing faith with this company, but I tried to call several times and could never once get through to a live person - just endless holding I had looked harder for reviews online and found several that said this is par for the course and, moreover, when you do get through on the phone you are told that you have purchased a nversion of the TV you wanted and if you want the US version you will need to pay more money In the end, I asked them to cancel my order by emailTo their credit, they did so, though without any formal confirmation that the order was cancelled Compare this process to how easy it easy to buy something online just about anywhere else Buyer beware

SCAM COMPANY - STAY AWAY! BAIT AND SWITCH!

When something is too good to be true (even on Cyber Monday)--it probably is. I bought a Sony 75" 4K TV for hundreds less than Best Buy on Cyber Monday. A week later, they tell me to call them to "verify" my purchase. They told me I ordered the "commercial" version and I should order the residential for 100s more. No where did it say commercial when I ordered it. This is a classic bait and switch technique perpetrated by used car salesmen. I doubt that they even had the commercial version available.

Be wary of doing business with this company.

I placed an order for a TV on Cyber Monday. The price was significantly lower than the competitors and included several "free" bonuses including a TV wall mount, HDMI cable, and extended warranty. The price should have been a warning, but sites like Google showed 100+ positive reviews so I went ahead.

I received an email regarding my purchase without an order number. The email said they would contact me when my order was ready. They provided a phone number for questions with the caveat that their lines were very busy and wait times were long.

I waited for 3 days without any further notification. I tried calling and as expected waited on hold without being able to get through. I sent an email, and I did get a response that again said they were very busy and would get in touch when the order was ready. They provided the same phone number with the same caveat that their lines were busy so expect to wait.

Ultimately, a week after placing my order I received an email saying my order was ready for processing but it could not be released until I called them. I was well on my way to losing faith with this company, but I tried to call several times and could never once get through to a live person - just endless holding.

I had looked harder for reviews online and found several that said this is par for the course and, moreover, when you do get through on the phone you are told that you have purchased a non-US version of the TV you wanted and if you want the US version you will need to pay more money.

In the end, I asked them to cancel my order by email. To their credit, they did so, though without any formal confirmation that the order was cancelled.

Compare this process to how easy it easy to buy something online just about anywhere else.

Buyer beware.
