My name is *** *** I am a member of Mega, LLC doing business as Magnum Carwash In response of complaint #*** I have been in the car wash business for years, on the day of this complaint we washed over cars with no complaints The scratches on her truck
wasn't consistent with any of the car wash construction, I took the lady on a tour through the wash and explained how everything works, the wash isn't designed to scratch a vehicle, everything in the wash that day and every day since that time is working properly I made my decision based on that fact I am sorry that she isn't happy, if you need further explanation please call me at (*** ***.*** ***

We explain to our clients that a deposit holds the date and removes that particular date out of circulation and guarantees, for little money and good faith, their date would be held. It's unfortunate of her circumstance with funding and we understand fully her situation.

I'd suggest providing contracts with clear cancellation policies and keeping a book of business for rebooking if cancellations occur. I did receive my refund and thats all I wanted and expected. [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]How long you have been in business or how you think that the car wash construction wasn't designed to pick up debris to scratch a vehicle is popostorous! The fact still remains that I came into your business with not a scratch on my back passenger door to having 2! You failed to mention that you also have workers whom dry a customers vehicle off with towels after it goes through your car wash , are they constructed not to scratch or pick up debris as well? I think not! I'm not sure how the scratches got on my truck wether it be from your wash or your employees. The fact still remains that it happened at your place of business! I believe you wrote that you was sorry that I was unhappy, how about furious. To bring a $47,000 truck into what is supposed to be a professional business to just have a simple car wash to turn out to be your worst nightmare and the sad part about it all is that you didn't even offer an apology nor a refund for the car wash and walked off not even trying to rectify the situation. That sir is poor business!  You have done nothing but make excuses. I'm an honest person and I have nothing to gain here but doing what I feel is right. I think you should do the same! If not may God forgive you for your dishonesty!Regards,
