Magnum Detox

I am rejecting this response because: I haven't received a refund from the Magnum Detox company,that is not true I have emailed the company (12) times requesting a refund They
responded to one emai datedOct.9,It read and I quote "If you sent in a refund request via mail it usually takes one week from the day it arrives at our office"I did send in a refund request via mail and I still haven't received my refundThey are not telling the TRUTH !!! I sent in the refund request on 9/23/

Customer was refundedShe ordered Aug 21st and we refunded on Aug 29th along with the shipping
