Ordered parts December 3, 2019 for $5,633.33 for custom auto parts and have not received the full order. No one calls me back
Ordered parts December 3, 2019 for $5,633.33 for custom auto parts and have not received the full order. No one calls me back. I would like to send back the pieces I did receive and not have to pay the shipping fees since it's been 3 months. They are very unprofessional, received some pieces with no packing list or instructions.

Desired Outcome

I would like the company to send me a prepaid label to send the pieces back.

The customers order has already been cancelled, credited, and is already being dealt with between the financial institutions in question.

On 9/6/2019, I spoke with Jen and we placed an order for 2 suspension kits from said company. We paid a $5,500.00 deposit on the parts. We were told 6 - 8 weeks of lead time. Our card was charged on 9/9/19 for the deposit. End of week 6, (10/ 22/19), we tried to call to get an update and left a message for a return call with no response. Week 8 (October 28, 2019), we placed another call, left a message of concern and requested a return call for a status update, as well as an email. End of week 8 (11/1/19), We placed another call and spoke with Jen. She said she would follow up with an update on Monday, 11/4/19. Monday, no phone call. Week 10 (11/14/19), we placed yet another call to get a status update. She informed us that she didn't have all of the parts ready but would send us a few to get started. She sent us 2 tracking numbers. The address she sent them to was incorrect. Every correspondence had our full business address and contacts. ***. The packages were addressed to ***. We called, left a message and emailed Jen to notify her that the address was incorrect. We tried to call *** to correct it directly but they wouldn't allow us to change. We assume she called to change the address because it then changed to ***. On 11/15/2019, we received a phone call from a gentleman (resided at the wrong address) stating he received a few packages that were addressed to us with his address. Stated that they were on his driveway, as he had no garage, nor a way to move them. We immediately tried to call and email, stating what had happened. We verified our address and gave her the gentleman's contact information. On week 12, (November 26, 2019) we called to cancel the order. We had not heard back from Jen on the whereabouts of the parts. She emailed us to tell us that the parts were scheduled to be picked up and sent to us. We finally received two boxes in a mess. Desired Outcome

Refund We repacked the 2 boxes of parts appropriately & sent them back (rcvd 12/20/19). We have returned any / everything that we had received. Trying numerous times since (twice a week), as well as send emails to finish our refund. We either don't get a return call or her excuse is that she is missing a part. Keeps saying she's waiting on ***. That falls on her company for shipping to the wrong address and not following up in a timely manner. It has been 21 weeks!! We want our refund minus shipping.

When the shipment was sent all four of the boxes were tagged at the same and they received two of those four packages. I have no idea how they would have received two and not all four but once they leave our facility its in the hands of *** which is the courier we shipped that order with. I also requested to speak with her customer so that I could attempt to rectify the situation and was denied any opportunity to do so. The refund has been issued as well.

A refund was given after we had filed the complaint.

Refund for the part we ordered and was never shipped to us
We ordered a part 12/18/18 on the Magnum Force website and they charged my credit card. We never received the part so in April 18th, 2019 we started calling and spoke with Jen asking for our money back and she said she would process the refund. We could not dispute the charge with the bank as they said the transaction is too old. We are still waiting for the refund as we made 3 phone calls actually speaking with them, 6 emails and all the times we call and no one answers the phone. They have taken our money and now refuse to refund the money.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back of 592.55 plus interest!
