Review: well I am writing for my daughter she is [redacted] . my daughter bought a car from magnum motors in feburary 2013 it is now july 2013 and when the car was bought the ash tray was missing they said they would get one to replace it and they said they would get right on it and also the gasket or cover so the oil would not leak anymore they said it was taken care of and it was not they would get us a new one . and have been on the phone for months trying to get it resolved and they are giving excuses . and with the ash tray when called they say the one person has it and will call back when they come in they call back and say the other person has it and will call and they don't until they are called back again. and just this past Saturday july 6 they were called to say the car is in town to do the work to and phone tagging back and forth and saying someone else has it and we stopped over that Saturday because we wanted to get it taken care of and because the call did not get returned and a note was up saying they were closed for a till Thursday for a vacation and we are waiting for a call and they mentioned nothing of the fact. the customer service of that business is pitiful the worst I have ever seen I will never be a repeat customer the way they treat her .[redacted] is 19 and maybe they are taking advantage of her since she is young but that is not right customer service should be #1 but for them they are just barely getting by maybe selling cars are more important and after they are sold the company does not care anymore. I am not certain if they treat everyone like this or we were just the lucky one.Desired Settlement: im looking for it to get taken care of but would like it on their record at the very least for poor customer service. im not certain if this is too menial or not but would like it addressed to them if it is not big enough issue for you I understand but wanted to at least try thanks
