Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
As I stated in the earlier complaint regardles of whether the car was leased or brought it should not have been sold/leased in the first place because the INSPECTION was not valid and I AM following up with the state policeAND regardless of whether or not I was behind by payments or a the car should have never been sold in the first placeAND one of the main reasons payments were late was due to towing fees, replacement tires and the likeBut besides that The ONLY Reason the car was repossed was not because of the payments being behind (because my sister has a car from them and she is waaaaayyyy behind and still has her car) but because this issue was reported to the Revdex.comI am tired of being takin advantage of and I do not know who ** is but *** *** is a crook and when he saw me he saw "SUCKER" on my forheadAnd I will not let the matter rest, whether I see a dime or not!!! And you can let ** know that I have taken pictures of the ball joints, BOTH accidents, and the inspection sticker (with signature), mileage and I do have a police report concerning the matterMy biggest thing with the whole issue is the lack of caring of human life and I can't let it rest on my conscience, what if somebody goes out here and gets seriously hurt because they're just slapping inspection stickers on cars and not really inspecting them??? Whatever it takes to get paid, huh?

Review: On 2/14/2014 I leased a [redacted] from Magnum Auto Inc, located in Tappahannock Va. On 3/5/2014 as I was approaching a stop sign driving the vehichle the front passenger side tire came off (a result of a bad ball joint) before making it to the stop sign. Fortunately no one was hurt during the incident. I immeditately called [redacted] (manager) and told him what had happened. When first speaking to him I told him that I no longer wanted the car and I wanted my money back. He said that wasn't possible because I was under contract. He only agreed to "fix" the issue once I threatend to contact the Revdex.com. He had me to tow the car (at my expense) to their dealership in Montross. On 3/7/2014 I was told that I could come and get the car after signing a goodwill acknowledgement form. I expressed to the lady then that I did not feel comfortable signing the papers because I truly didn't want the car because I did not feel safe in it. She assured me that all issues were fixed and the car was okay to drive. I drove the car home and that is where it sat. I wouldn't drive the car any further than around the corner and back because I truly was afraid to drive the car ( and the mileage will reflect that as well). Now, on 5/15/2014 I needed to make a few errands before work and my other vehicle had a major oil leak so I decided to be brave and drive the [redacted]. I made it just a little ways from my apartment and the car was driving very irratic, as if I had no control over it. Feeliing uneasy I decided to turn around and take my chances with the oil leak. As I was pulling in the driveway the car suddenly drops to the ground, my neighbor heard the car when it hit the pavement and came out to see what had happend. This time the drivers side tire came off the car and I actually got hurt a bit from the impact of the car to the pavement. My neighbor called 911 and after speaking with them I callen [redacted] and explained to him what happened (with intentions of telling him to come and get the car because I wanted nothing else to do with that death trap) I explained that THIS time its the drivers side ball joint that has broken and that this time I actually got hurt, as soon as I said this his reply was " Oh, well then I need to contact my attorney" and he hung the phone up. I ended up missing 2 days of work in addition to the hospital bills. I tried to contact [redacted] twice after this incident but have yet to speak to him. I think that its insane that he wouldn't even be concerned with my well-being until this day he doesn't even know if Im still in the hospital. I know that this car falls outside of the lemon law and I also realized that I purchased the car "as is", but when you purchase a car in Feburary with a January inspection sticker you expect the ball joints to be okay. The car should not have been sold in the first place. Even the policeman said that it shouldn't have passed inspection and the tow truck driver said the passenger ball joint needed to be repaired also ....but I thought that was fixed...right???Desired Settlement: I just want my money back so that I can get a reliable car from a trustworthty dealer

As I stated in the earlier complaint regardles of whether the car was leased or brought it should not have been sold/leased in the first place because the INSPECTION was not valid and I AM following up with the state police.
