Ms *** *** is unfortunately incorrect in her statements and recolections. While I did indeed sign with her office on 4-17-15, and she did indeed explain the return of escrow situation to me at that time, we have had no communication since the conversation regarding the fees for wiringShe has not responded to my messages left on her office's general machine or 1 her personal voicemail (as she can never take my call) and has not responded to my email attempts to contact her either.I would have gladly accepted an email stating that the check was returned to them and mailed out, but not even that was done! She is also claiming that it was mailed the same day it was received (6-9-15) and it has not arrivedThere have been mail delivery days since she is climing it was mailed out. With regard to the wire fees, the check I had with me was to copy the numbers (routing and account) onto the paperwork withMs *** stated that I did not need to copy them down as she could staple the check to the paperworkI told her that the name on the check was my maiden name and that my account was in my married name and she stated that she was making a note of that and that they would send it to the name on the paperwork, not the check anyway. I wrote "void" on it, and stated that I would mark out the name and she stated that was not necessary as she had noted itEither she did not note it, or it was disregardedWhen the deposit did not show up, I called and spoke with the woman who answered and she stated that the wire had indeed gone through and to contact my bankI did and the bank was able to locate the rejected transfer with "***" on itThey told me that the name had to be my married name, along with my middle initialI called the title agency back and they stated they HAD wired it to my married name, WITH the initialI called the bank back and they pulled up the exact wire...without my married name or initialI called the title agency again and the same woman stated that she would try again, with the correct anme and middle initial and repeated the spelling and letters twiceAgain, the next day it was not thereI called the title agency and was told that they had done the married name and middle initial exactly as I had askedAgain, I called the bank, they pulled it up, WITHOUT THE MIDDLE INITIALWhen I called again, I was very frustrated and was concerned about rejection fees that I was then told were charged to the title agency not me, so I did not need to worryIndeed that was true, but the agency then subtracted those fees that they were charged from my wire amount to recoup their penalty fees for not wiring correctly or as instructedI am now learning from the response to the Revdex.com complaint that they sent it to the last name of "***" which is NOT the name on file as the seller!!regardless, Ms *** stated she would retun half the fees as the second error was her faultI felt that the first and second error were her fault, but accepted the "half of the fees return" in an effort to end the discussionLike the return of escrow, it never arrived. My husband has called twice, but has received information and then when he becomes frustrated is laughed at and told "I cant talk to you", "What can't you get throught your head", "Why don't you get it" and hung up on.I have called to give permission to talk with him and have not received a response, call back, email, anything

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Ms [redacted] is unfortunately incorrect in her statements and recolections. While I did indeed sign with her office on 4-17-15, and she did indeed explain the return of escrow situation to me at that time, we have had no communication since the conversation regarding the fees for wiring. She is also claiming that it was mailed the same day it was received (6-9-15) and it has not arrived. There have been 9 mail delivery days since she is climing it was mailed out. With regard to the wire fees, the check I had with me was to copy the numbers (routing and account) onto the paperwork with. Ms [redacted] stated that I did not need to copy them down as she could staple the check to the paperwork. I told her that the name on the check was my maiden name and that my account was in my married name and she stated that she was making a note of that and that they would send it to the name on the paperwork, not the check anyway. I wrote "void" on it, and stated that I would mark out the name and she stated that was not necessary as she had noted it. Either she  did not note it, or it was disregarded. When the deposit did not show up, I called and spoke with the woman who answered and she stated that the wire had indeed gone through and to contact my bank. I did and the bank was able to locate the rejected transfer with "[redacted]" on it. They told me that the name had to be my married name, along with my middle initial. I called the title agency back and they stated they HAD wired it to my married name, WITH the initial. I called the bank back and they pulled up the exact wire...without my married name or initial. I called the title agency again and the same woman stated that she would try again, with the correct anme and middle initial and repeated the spelling and letters twice. Again, the next day it was not there. I called the title agency and was told that they had done the married name and middle initial exactly as I had asked. Again, I called the bank, they pulled it up, WITHOUT THE MIDDLE INITIAL. When I called again, I was very frustrated and was concerned about rejection fees that I was then told were charged to the title agency not me, so I did not need to worry. Indeed that was true, but the agency then subtracted those fees that they were charged from my wire amount to recoup their penalty fees for not wiring correctly or as instructed. I am now learning from the response to the Revdex.com complaint that they sent it to the last name of "[redacted]" which is NOT the name on file as the seller!!regardless, Ms [redacted] stated she would retun half the fees as the second error was her fault. I felt that the first and second error were her fault, but accepted the "half of the fees return" in an effort to end the discussion. Our check was returned to us on 6/9/15, voided, re-issued and mailed the same day to the Seller.  Close of escrow/recording date was 4/22, late afternoon and after our wire cut off time.  The wire for Seller proceeds was ordered for the 23rd and went out per the Seller authorization instructions.  The authorization which only had a check attached and nothing filled out.  The check had the name [redacted] on it and the wire was ordered with that name and sent to[redacted].  [redacted] rejected the wire on the 24th due to name mismatch. The second wire was resent again on the 24th with the name [redacted], as it was shown in our file as the Seller.  It was again rejected due to the name mismatch again. They required her middle initial on the wire, which ourfile does not have.   The third wire went back out on the 24th, adding the middle initial and was successfully received. Mr. [redacted] called and was told we were not able to speak with him, as he was not a party to the escrow.  He hung up and then Mrs. [redacted] called and [redacted] explained to her about the wires being rejected due to the wrong name on the check she provided at closing and then due to the middle initial not being placed on the wire and that she would have to speak to her bank about why they rejected the 1st one since she had the account previously in that name. Also, we did not have control of the second rejection without her middleinitial.   Monday the 8th of June Mr. [redacted] called again and spoke with [redacted] who again told him she could not speak to him about the file, as he was not a partyto the transaction.  He stated that, yes, she could speak to him because he was her husband and Arizona is a community property state.  Therefore she is allowed to speak with him. She told him that his wife would have to call her back.  She has not received a call from Mrs. [redacted].
