I had a meeting with both [redacted] & [redacted] at their residence on March 18th, to review their warranty issuesThey had noted items for repair, as followed: 1- basement wall had a crackThe basement wall crack was apparent during the initial home inspectionTheir were no visual signs of water and you could barely insert a dime or penny in this cracked wall arearepair would be to epoxy fill the crack, if width was 1/4" or greater and if water was seeping in ( per National Association of Home Builders and concrete standards)In addition, this crack was against the garage slab area, which is less prone to take on water than the remaining perimeter walls, which have been backfilled with soilNo repairs were needed per Touchstone Builders review2- insulation along basement concrete walls were installed incorrectlyThe installed insulation is a combination of both fiberglass batt insulation with an attached fabric/ faceThis insulation was installed to meet the Bartholomew County energy code requirementIt was kept off of the slab approximately 8-12" to keep any possible water from seeping upThis has been the installation standard for newer Bartholomew County homesThis method was approved of by Bartholomew County Building and ZoningNo repairs needed per Touchstone Builders3- downspout under concrete entry was defectiveTouchstone Builders dug up part of the sod and continued the line approximately 15' further away from the house, to a lower drainage pointUpon repair, it was noted that holes were drilled in the drainage tile above the sidewalkI don't believe any of the tradesmen would've installed theseEither way, the additional line was installed with plenty of fall, to accommodate any future storm water4- siding at back deckIt was noted that a piece of siding had popped loose at the back deck areaThe responsible siding subcontractor repaired this piece of siding5- downspout drain at NW corner of house had a crack in itTouchstone Builders removed the drain and connected a new piecePlease let me know if any further questions or comments Thanks, [redacted] Touchstone Builders, LLC (812) 216-
