claims to be a professional hair stylist. My hair is the length of my entire back. My hair is so important to me.so I wanted to pay a professional to dye my hair perfect.2 days before Christmas I went to her to dye my hair, I specifically told her what I was looking to get done to my hair. I told her what kind of condition my hair was in (box dyed) and the color already on my hair ( light brown). I sent her pictures of my current hair and a picture of what I wanted to get a (balyage/ombre).she quoted me $225 When I get to her salon she starts to bleach my whole hair blonde. Which was not what I wanted to begin with, what I wanted and specifically told her was a balyage/ombre and sent her multiple photos of that hair style . This was supposed to be a 5-6 hr job and she finished my hair in less than 3 hrs.my hair has multiple spots of yellow due to her not putting the product even in my for Christmas I went to visit my family and they repeatedly told me how ugly and spoted my hair was, I didn't take any pictures. I gotten very emotionally depressed since than, I messaged her 2 days later to ask her if she can fix it because I was not happy with her work , she quoted me another $200 to fix my hair after she ruined it to begin with, claiming to be a professional but didn't do a professional job at all. I am so depressed and upset about my hair I don't even want to leave my home, or go to any places. This has ruined me emotionally. And it has ruined my self confidence. It has ruined me doing the average living things like going to the market to get food.
My name ***, A professional hairstylist since 1996, This client *** came in on 12/23/2017 ,to get her hair done, after we message each other on messenger, about prices and styles, I quoted $225, when she arrived she asked me if I can do it all blonde, so I did when the hair was in process I noticed it wasn't lifting evenly, so she told me she had used a dark box dye at home, I explained the yellowish spots left but couldn't bleach it again because the hair will break, I explained that I can do tonner which I did, but it will need more times in more sessions, my work is excellent, I do my best all the time and had never complaints. Here I sent the pictures to show you how dark her hair was before, and how blonde I did it, But the most important , I want you to look how happy she possess for selfies on Christmas party , she doesn't look depressed or upset , plus she doesn't look ruined because her hair is not damaged at all, So I call on you good sense of justice and don't fallow her game, on trying to get her hair done for free.
