This information would have been more beneficial if this service as a reward was actually selected. The price was to negate any such automatic re-occurrences for an unwanted service. I would feel more satisfied if this could be resolved at least over the phone instead of a generic email service. If this is your only way for consumers to contact your company, maybe you should embrace broadening your horizons. The number for the account is for my wife [redacted], and if I could have called [redacted] to cancel directly, this would not be an issue. However they gave me your contact number which lead to a voice mail telling me to send an email. Perhaps you can see my frustration at the run around that needs to be done to cancel this rat race. Please cancel this unwanted service post haste. Thank you for your time.
