Maguire Family of Dealerships found that Mr [redacted] 's credit score was below the standard lending facilities requirementsWe have sent Mr [redacted] 's application to our special finance manager who will attempt with other lenders to get Mr [redacted] 's application approvedWe have a recording saved of the conversation between Mr [redacted] and the sales associate over the phone where the sales associate asked Mr [redacted] if he had any money down to help get his loan approved and Mr [redacted] said noThe special finance manager will be contacting Mr [redacted] today to see if any lender will get his application approvedOur intent is to get everyone financed and driving the vehicles they want, it does require at times money down to allow the lender to fund the consumerMr [redacted] did not have money to put down to help his purchase approval

Maguire Ford is unable to make amendments to the loan at this time The vehicle was purchased on 7/20/and all paperwork has been processed for some time now The party who has filed the complaint is not listed on the loan, therefore Maguire will only discuss any details with the signer of the loan If a customer is interested in making changes to an existing loan, it would be at the discretion of the lender

Maguire Dealerships has been in contact with Ms*** regarding the issue with her Camry. We were unable to approve her request for an engine replacement under our own Lifetime Engine Guarantee because Ms*** was unable to provide supporting documentation showing scheduled
maintenance had been done on her vehicle at the recommended intervals which disqualifies the vehicle for engine replacement under this program Maguire Dealerships found a replacement engine for her vehicle and the total repair would cost $5541.55. Ms*** was made aware of the cost to repair and declined stating that she could not pay that amount. Maguire Dealerships agreed to pay 50% of the total amount for the repair if Ms*** wishes to proceed. Maguire Dealerships indicated to Ms*** that she would also be responsible to pay 50% of the total amount. Ms*** agreed to the repair. Ms*** indicated that she would come to the dealership on 8/5/with a check to cover half of the expense. Once payment is received, Maguire Dealerships will repair the vehicle and cover 50% of the total expenseThanks, Austin Austin *** | Operations

We will contact the manufacture to investigate why this customer has not received a visa card

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe response indicates that the signer of the loan is the only person negatively effected yet, my credit report is not being effected as it should be when payments are madeThis issue was brought to the attention of the salesman, Colin, multiple times and we were both told every thing was in orderThe issue was not found until the lender made notification that payment had not been receivedThis vehicle would not have been purchased and the agreement would not have been made if either myself or the signer of the paperwork were properly notified and the information was relayed truthfully and in a timely manner. DEALERSHIP. THERE IS A FORM THAT THE CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE RECIEVED FROM THE MANUFACTURE (TOYOTA). THE CUSTOMER THEN BRINGS IN THE FORM AND AFTER ROAD TESTING A VEHICLE, THE DEALERSHIP PUTS THE DEALER CODE ON THE FORM AND THE CUSTOMER SENDS IN THE FORM TO THE MANUFACTURE.I WILL CALL THE CUSTOMER TO EXPLAIN AND SEE IF I CAN HELP ADVOCATE ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER TO THE MANUFACTURE.
