Customer was not told vehicle was readyHe had requested a completion time of 2:pmAdvisor called close to 3:that we were having issues reconfiguring replacement radio When customer arrrived I told him the issues we were havingHe askedwhen it would be doneI told him hopefully at 4:00, but that I would call when ready He told me in person not to call, he will come backCustomer was in a loaner car, and every attempt to resolve issue was in place Have had issues with customer in pastEvey time in, no problems are spoken of, then he blasts us with emails on how bad our service is General manager is correct, he is not welcome here anymore

Why would anyone want to come back to a place where they spend tens of thousands on a products that can't be fixed by certified technicians in addition to the joy of tolerating an immature and unprofessional staff? Your ban is welcomed, however your behavior and zero accountability to sales and service of your products is not and should be made known to the public. You clearly cannot handle or field any objections effectively unless of course it helps put more food your table at home. My place of employment offers surveys as well and if they come back with non ideal results, we learn from them and move forward. We do not call the customer with whiny and crass verbiage and undertones that is meant to harass and show how awesome you are as a car salesman. Grow up and accept criticism constructively. I had a very bad experience with that dealershipIwas in contact with Alan N***, Sales Consultant and Mark Z***, General Sales ManagerThey had settled on the trade of my old Nissan Rouge and price of the new car, however when I went to the dealership to settle the deal I was told that the new car that I had seen and test drove "may have been sold"I was taken aback by this statement as earlier that day I got a call form the dealership to come in and sign the paperworkAfter I questioned the sales consultant as to whether the car in question was actually sold or not he called his Executive Manager Rick A***This individual was pretty rude and no one could give me the correct information as to whether the car I was going to purchase was actually sold or notI have never experienced service like this and the employees at this dealership were not straight forward, even the rebate that was personally addressed to me was not honoredAll this was even after I told them that if they couldn't give me the deal I wanted it was perfectly okay and we move onWhat's vey disturbing is that they showed no commitment at all to their word and advertisingI would never have any dealings with this dealership and it's employees who have no integrity and do not honor their own promises
