I am rejecting this response because: They promised a refund on the belts when I sent them back to the address they provided There was no contingency on me providing proof of refund from another *** backer They explicitly said- send the belts back to the address they provided and would refund the $via *** once they received it When I responded that I had sent the belts back with the tracking number, they asked for what other company I received an refund from I provided that company as a courtesy It turns out it wasn't a *** purchase But that had no bearing on the refund they promised.The was they spoke to me via the email correspondence was completely unprofessional Telling me to "chill out" bud and then insinuating I was lying because the company I received an email from didn't show up on my *** funded page They never accepted deliver for the belts that I spend $shipping back to them and they never refunded the money they promised They have bad business practices and bad customer service This report needs to be shown to other consumers!!

received their reward. We sent at least 5 emails telling him to contact [redacted] if they haven't gotten their reward. The first time he contacted us was 12/8/16. We sent out a replacement package a few weeks later.

Hey [redacted],    Sorry for the delay. Here is the correspondence.    [redacted]   This is also a link to how [redacted] operates. Once a campaign is complete, we pay 8% in fees to [redacted]. 30% for Funded Today marketing....

Also clearly stated that there are no refunds. Especially full refunds. Our backer just did not understand that [redacted] is not a store, even though we repeatedly told him so. We tried to give him a solution on the contingency that he could prove any other [redacted] provided a refund. It's unfortunate, but we never receive any credit card or payment information when the customer backs our campaign. Further more there is a button before your pledge that clearly states that [redacted] is not a store.    Please let me know if you have any questions.    [redacted]
