I have been in the dental industry for eighteen years, unfortunately with seven different consultants in the past twelve years, hence why I'm not with that particular practice anymore I was introduced to Mahan during my time with this previous office and found them to be extremely unprofessional and very unorganized Anytime you called for an answer to a question you were basically tossed between whoever they felt had time for you and each person you spoke with gave you a different answer NOT professional! I had heard some negative responses about this company as soon as they were chosen to take over our offices financial responsibilities but had no choice in the matter so gave them a chance Would NOT recommend them to anyone new in the dental industry looking for account management company Do not use them for your benefits management either not well informed!
