Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: 1) they tried to blame the transport company for the damage to the under bumper but the transport company receipt shows the car had the damage WHEN THEY PICKED IT UPI can provide a copy of this and Vic's texts claiming the transport company would take care of it and then hedging after I sent a copy of the transport company receipt 2) the passenger seat safety belt sensor issue was corrected/fixedso yes the car is now listed for sale by me with no issues now- I fixed itThis point is moot and has nothing to do with the issues noted when I received the carCars are repaired for resale everyday3) they never once asked for any receiptsThey never asked for such when agreeing to refund monies.4) they are still holding the settlement amount hostage for feedback removalI only agreed to feedback removal if I got paid---- I still haven't been paid5) new information about this dealer's unscrupulous ways--- when listing the car for sale the car fax came back with an accident noted on it that they never owned up to--- they claimed to me before I bought the car it had a CLEAN CARFAX but indeed it shows up with an issue.I stand by wanting the settlement as notedThey are again smoke screening this matter to try and ignore the real issues Sincerely, [redacted]

This letter is in response to a complaint we received regarding a BMW we sold on eBay to Mr [redacted] on March 15, Mr [redacted] is complaining that he received the vehicle with some issues that would cost $to repair, and that we were unresponsive and have since been holding his refund "hostage" till he removes the negative feedback he left for us on eBay.I spoke to Vik, the salesman who has been corresponding with Mr [redacted] , and he has provided me with various text and email conversations he has had with Mr [redacted] since the purchase of the vehicleIt appears Mr [redacted] had been trying to threaten us with various negative online reviews if we didn't agree to pay him $for repairing issues - that were not present when we sold the vehicle to him. When the vehicle left our premises, there was no apparent visual damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle, except for the minor scratches which were mentioned in our eBay adThere was no problem with the seat occupancy sensor malfunctioning when the vehicle was in our possession at the time of saleLooks like the undercarriage scratches took place when the vehicle was being delivered to Mr [redacted] in VirginiaWe told Mr [redacted] to talk to the shipping company about the undercarriage being scraped during transportation. The vehicle was sold with NO WARRANTY, and we always encourage buyers to check out the car in person, or have it inspected, and even though the scrapes/scratches on the undercarriage (which were probably caused by the shipping company while loading and or unloading of the vehicle) and the seat belt sensor were not an issue when the vehicle left our dealership, as a courtesy we agreed to pay $to keep him happyWe have been in business since 1984, and have always tried our best to accommodate our customers. We had made it very clear that the $refund we were giving him was contingent on his removing the negative feedback he had posted on eBayAccording to eBay rules, he had ONE WEEK from the day we sent a request through eBay for him to remove the negative feedbackWe spoke to him several times during that week to remove the negative feedback so we could mail him the refund checkHe refused to thatAgain, the only reason we were giving him the $was in exchange for removing the negative feedback. He never provided us with any receipts or estimates from any repair shop that he ever needed or had any work done, for any dollar amount But, had he removed the negative feedback, he would have received his money Now we see he is adding an additional $to that amountPlease let him know that we are still waiting for him to remove the negative feedback on eBay Only then will we pay him the $that we promised to pay him.Interestingly enough, Mr [redacted] has now listed the same BMW back on eBay and mentions that "Everything works and performs like it should", "Looks, runs and drives excellent", "You can tell it was a well loved vehicle", "very clean low mile vehicle Nothing ouside of usual useuse wear such as few minor nicks, dings from road rock chips, less than what a used car ofsuch year may have", etcetc.I have enclosed a print out of the eBay ad for your review, along with a full page of his description of the condition of the vehicle, and a few emails between Mr [redacted] and our sales associate, Vik.Please feel free to contact me anytime at my office at ext ***, or on my cell phone at 206-679-if you have any questions

We received notice in the mail a few weeks back about a complaint filed about our business We have spoken to the customer, and agreed to settle the matter by sending him a check in the amount of $for help with the cost of replacing the engine in the truck he purchased from our company The customer acknowledges that he will consider this matter resolved after receiving the $paymentBelow is a copy of his email to us regarding this matter Check # [redacted] in the amount of $is being mailed out to the customer on 9-7- USPS Tracking # [redacted] Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions or concerns Regards, [redacted] MaharaMotors, Inc www.maharajamotors.com
