Patient was seen for pain management, gave us his insurance card, we billed the insurance, Blue cross, and insurance said this is patient's responsibilityIf we billed insurance and they said it is patient's responsibility than we bill the
patientMore over ptsigned the demographic stating that if insurance does not pay he is responsible for his fee for that date of servicesIf he still has issue, he needs to call his insurance, as why they are not covering his servicesOur office did not make any mistakeWe take care lot of pt, and we do this every day many times to deal with insurance card and ptPlease make a note that we did not make any mistake, we billed Blue cross and they denied his payment, thus it is his responsibility

The first thing they asked me for was my insurance card which clearly states "Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal Program"Their people should be trained as to which insurance they do and do not acceptThey accepted my insurance card and I was seen by the doctorIf they do not accept my insurance they should have told me from the beginning
As to the paper I signed, they did not inform me as to what I was signing
Their people should be able to look at a patient's insurance card and know whether their office accepts that insurance or not
This is not my faultTheir person made a mistake by accepting my insurance card and allowing me to see the doctor

It is the error of the receptionist at the deskThis docor's office is LYINGI am speaking the TRUTHI am on Medi-Cal because I am Homeless and Jobless and cannot payWhy don't they admit they made a mistake and are trying to make me pay for their mistake? I am going to contact the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, the City Council and my Congressman
