I am writing in response to the complaint on 2/21/with an assigned ID of [redacted] This complaint needs to be directed to American Health Network This complaint is during the time period of when we were affiliated with American Health Network At that time all payments were sent to them and deposited into their chase bank account This is not the first problem that we have had with American Health Network not refunding Per American Health Network when a patent pays a "Package Price" they are getting a discounted amount and for this reason they do not offer refunds The patient has stated that she has spoken to American Health Network and there is no record of services being rendered If this is true and accurate American Health Network we are unable to access any of our patients billing information from the time period that we were affiliated with them American Health Network has taken over all accounts receivable and we have no say on how they handle any of our accounts from that time period Again this complaint needs to be assigned to American Health Network LLCPlease contact our office if there are any questions.Thank you, Leah MB [redacted] Office Manager
