As stated to Revdex.com on the phone, we are done trying to explain thisThere will be no resolution to a non-problem

The Sediment pre-filter that was installed was part of the rented equipment Mr [redacted] did not want us to remove this part as it would require cutting the pipe to remove ( we are licplumbers in the state of WI and do this every day )I agreed to bring the cost of keeping this filter down to $from the $that it retails forMr [redacted] agreed to pay this and gave us his credit card numberWe do not keep any credit cards on file as he claimsShortly after this he called and stated he found this type filter on line for much less and wanted us to bring our charge down to that costI told him we would not and that is our policyHe claims to have sent a filter to us but when the tracking number was brought to the post office, the parcel in question did not have an address ( only [redacted] ** ) and was returned to the sender

In response to the complaint from MrsKatie ***'s boyfriendThey were not the original owners of the home that we installed the equipment inRandy ***, the *** ***, had petitioned the Wisconsin Department of Natural resources to allow a variance for the system to be installed between
the pump and pressure tank to allow for higher flow rates ( common knowledge for even a journeyman plumber, but apparently overlooked by the boyfriends new plumber )The system was not installed backwards as stated in the complaintThe bypass valve was affixed to the plumbing installed with the original pipes and has a one year warranty as EVERY plumber does not warrant plumbing longer than thisThe fact that he could not operate the bypass valve to stop the water flowing is not a unit malfunctionThe deliveries and care of our customers has always been something that our company takes very seriously, however when a customer feels they must complain about how they were treated in an open air environment it only lends to the lack of actual credibility they haveI can supply the contract signed by Mrs ***, the plumbing license, the variance supplied by the DNR, the septic study done by NOWRA, and the policies however I feel they will fall on deaf ears as he appears to be more of an expert in this field. If the Revdex.com is really a fair and open entity there should be a site for companies to air their complaints about customers who think if they complain and slander a company they will get something for freeThey will not be recieving their $backWe had a lengthy discussion on the phone but if this is how MrKatie *** wants to proceed then so be it

to $275.00 from the $350.00 that it retails for. Mr. [redacted] agreed to pay this and gave us his credit card number. We do not keep any credit cards on file as he claims. Shortly after this he called and stated he found this type filter on line for much less and wanted us to bring our charge down to that cost. I told him we would not and that is our policy. This company doesn't have a clue when it comes to water or customer service.
After trying many times to have an issue resolved it came down to telling maher to pick up their tank.
I didn't feel that I should have to pay the bill in full because of continued issues that were never addressed.
All I did here was " Just pay that bill".
I couldn't say it enough either TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We called Mahr's to get our water softener fixed because it was leaking water through the unit and down the drain. We called the office and the lady said that she would call and let me know when the service guy would come but it probably will be sometime on Thursday. So we received no call and on Thursday morning, we were going to leave and the service technician showed up. So we had to cancel our plans for that day. The technician said that it would be $500 to fix the softener. He fixed it and left and we looked at the system a couple days later and it was leaking again. We called Mahrs and they said that there is nothing they could do to fix it and we should replace it but we still had to pay the $500 bill. But it is still broke. We called them, they said that is too bad and we had to pay the bill
