I am just seeing this complaint now. The situation has been resolved between Kehau and I. Her package was sent out and for some odd reason the tracking number that was assigned to her package stated that her package went to a different address than the one provided. We have issued
her a full refund and have solved this issue on our own

We had received an email from [redacted] on July 9th, 2014 at 7:27am stating, "Thank you! My sister loooooves it!". Package of ring was sent out on July 6 via USPS and tracking number also states that package was delivered to [redacted]...

on July 8, 2014 at 1:50pm. We also have a picture of the package with te tracking label on it (picture was taken right before it was shipped). Tracking number for the package is: [redacted]. Please let us know what we can do at this point. Mahalo!
