This customer was refunded promptly within one days of the request to cancel The buyer left a voice message late in the day of November 5th asking to cancelshe also sent an email requesting to cancel in the late evening of November 5th after business hours She filed this complaint early in the morning of November 6th (AM??) before our stores opened, suggesting that we did not respond We do not respond during the non business hours This buyer lives states away from our store and purchased a sofa on our website, which advertises long distance delivery times of to weeksShe canceled the order because she was expecting it within days We offered to deliver it way ahead of schedule but she simply wanted to cancel and we accomodated her promptly even though it was in conflict with our termsThis should not have resulted in a Revdex.com complaint We expect some basic screening of the merits of a complaint before seeing something like this Sincerely, Timothy F [redacted] Manager

Review: I ordered 5 side chairs for a total cost of over $2000. Not only did it take months to receive them, but the company did not respond to my written requests or phone calls. In addition, when I finally did receive the product, 3 chairs were broken. I called and sent several messages, but no response. When I finally threatened to report to Revdex.com, is when I did get a response back from Tim telling me that they would order my parts (I emailed pictures), but then I never received my parts. After several emails to Tim and Larry, I was told that the parts were ordered and would arrive from Universal within 10 days to my home, 20 days later, no parts and no responses from Tim or Larry. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Their customer service is terrible and the product is junk. There are other online furniture stores to order most of the furniture M and M has on their website and they are much more reliable as well as more affordable...just look around.Desired Settlement: I want my parts and a new chair for free. I also want a response asap and tracking numbers to prove replacements have shipped. M and M have my email address and phone number.
