I took my daughter here on September They did her yearly eye exam and fitted her for glassesAfter her fitting the lady tells her your new glasses will be here 6toweeksI asked her not to give her a time line due to her age because if not here then she will be anxiously awaiting themAnother office employee then states due to her being a [redacted] patient it may take longer and that they do this as a service to usI waited the weeks before I started questioning where her glasses are, today I went into the office because I cannot get anyone on the phoneThey could not tell me where her glasses are or the status of them, gave me her perscription to be filled else whereI went to another eye center, and within minutes they had [redacted] on the phone and find that her glasses had never even been ordered
