We spoke with [redacted] at the beginning of March and he was refunded for the amount he requestedI though this information was communicated by both myself and [redacted] but I apologize if it was not I've attached the copy of his refund check dated March ***, which was cashed on March *** Sincerely, Charles F [redacted] ***

My complaint is in regards to the Theft Deterrent Product Protection policy. This is a form of insurance policy, which I tried to cancel, but was denied as Koeppel Subaru said it was not possible. I was never given a refund for the unearned premium for this policy.
