I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] they keep changing their storythey tried the wheel sensor and it did not fix it.also they told me it was the wheel bearingmy abs light is still on!!! because they cut the wires to the bearing and the light will not go outalso have howling in the rearend of vehicle that was told to them from day one!!!!! mister mahoney seems to have his customers chase their tail while they let the warranty run out that they promised to give youi had called parkway dodge in canton ny and they told me that the truck has to be brought in because they can not get the wiring for the abs anymore and to bring in our truck so they can cross match itbut dave from mahoneys never called me back to bring it innow hes on vacation and my warranty ran out today!!!!! and no one seems to know whats going onhow convenient

When we looked the truck over we found that it needed a speed sensor not a wheel bearing unfortunately truck speed sensors are built into the wheel bearing we could not find exact match wheel bearing for the truck that daythe customer told us there was a large snow storm coming and they where afraid that they would not be able to plow the snowso we bought a wheel bearing and transferred the speed sensor to the existing wheel bearing to get the so they could [low and ordered a replacement bearing if the switch did not hold the correct action would have been to tell the Snyders that the correct wheel bearing had to be ordered but we tried to satisfy them one that day and it did not work outIn the future we will advise the customer to wait even if they I do not want to waitsometime we have to say NO CON MAHONEY

On 12/7/Mahoney's Auto Mall Contacted [redacted] and we offered to install the parts to fix his issue however [redacted] said he did not have the parts at this time, so we let [redacted] know that once he has the parts needed to fix the issues with his truck we would be more than welcome to install the parts at no cost to him

The facts are as follows, *** *** bought his Dodge Journey Vin#*** with miles on may 19th 2016, on 7/13/ *** brings in the vehicle with 61,miles and Mahoney's Auto Mall pays $worth of work, then on 7/20/*** brings his vehicle back in and
Mahoney's put another $into the vehicle to fix a caliper brake issueThen months later on 12/16/*** brings in his vehicle and complains about a flashing light on rear view mirror, which was a light, we replaced his key fob battery free of charge and paid for a new battery as his car battery was no good, Mahoney's put a battery in his Journey in good faith to help *** out as he complained he had no money to fix the batteryMahoney's also put $in fuel in his vehicle as *** left it empty for us to work on it properlyMahoney's put $into fixing ***'s issues months laterOn 11/3/Mahoney's completed a free oil change for *** *** and replaced his oil dip stick and tube, we also cleaned out his sunroof tubes as he complained of possible leakage free of chargeThe issue that *** is complaining about is a manufacture warranty issueMahoney's has done everything to solve ***'s problem, and he has never been satisfied from day oneIt has been months and *** expects Mahoney's to pay for an issue that is "out" of NYS lemon law warranty and our full obligations have been completedAt this point *** needs to take ownership of his vehicle and take it to a Dodge dealer and address his issues as Mahoney's did everything for *** and he is never satisfiedPlease see attached documents to show the work and money that Mahoney's Auto Mall did for *** ***Thank you
