Review: I had stopped receiving a monthly bill starting May 2014. On 3 occasions I called to notify and request a bill be sent. I was told their records indicate a bill was sent. Each time I informed them that I in fact did not receive a bill. They said they show a bill sent so that it had to be an issue with the post office and to contact them. The post office was unable to help me with the matter as they had no record of mail return. I have had the same postman for years and have had no other issues with non delivery other than with [redacted] (who covers the other side of the water) but was able to rectify the situation with them, but only going back and forth with them also. They were a bit more accommodating. It seems that it is an issue with [redacted] and the Sanitary Engineer and their accounting/billing systems and or interfaces. I had asked for billing to be sent but it wasn't and I stated I could not pay a bill unless I had an invoice in hand. Now I receive a threatening "Last Notice" and threat of Delinquent charges being placed on the real property and tax duplicate. I have made remittance since they were finally able to get an request for payment to my address (obviously the postman can deliver that which is given to him, but I am writing in hopes that this is corrected and also is not happening to anyone else.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the billing situation corrected so that I can receive a monthly invoice, please correct the billing problem on their side so that this can be generated. Also please remove any collection and or reporting of delinquency listed in my name.
