We have been in communication with this consumer, we explained we could not get access under the mobile home until spring and the ice clearedWe had advised not to use the kitchen sink as that is where the damaged pipe is, that was ignored which caused the ice issueWe also advised they may be
able to contact a local plumber to see if they could help quickerWe had only charged for the initial call, and went back a couple times at no chargeBut until the ice clears, we can not gain access

We had a boiler breakdown in the coldest day of the winterI called Randy and he was there very quickly He was knowledge, efficient and caring to my house and pet They were great!!

The guy showed me the picture of a pipe because he detached it and said it was frozen and corrote and need to be replaced. I told him to order the parts and he said ok. They would take a few days to come in. Girl I talked to told me call another plumberNow if it was frozen and can’t fix it why should I call a different plumber. The ground wasn’t frozen at that time. He showed me a picture of stuff in a pipe but I don’t know if it was frozen or not. Didn’t look at the pipe myselfThere was no snow or ice on the ground at this time. I only talked to the guy once and that was when he was at my houseTalked to some girl on the phone and that was itI called her times and set up appt. wish failed to show up and not even call to cancel the apptEach time and always was told the same every time I talked to herThey were busy with furnaces.They never showed up a couple of times after that and why would they show up if they said nothing can be done till springDoesn’t make sense to meDidn’t say anything to me about can’t do anything till spring. If they told this to the tenents, that was wrong for them to doYou come to the home owner.I called them each time they never showed upI was ok the times that they said they were busy with furnaces because it was that time of the year but when the third time same thing and never showed up, and no call, That’s when I got madThat’s no way to run a business. I picked them to do the work because they were great the other time I used them. If you need anything else, you can call meI wanted to talk to the guy myself but she never let me or didn’t tell him to call. 1/31/2018 *** *** *** ***

B&R Plumbing installed our new furnace this fall and did a great job! They have also done plumbing work for us too They are quick, neat and very professional not to mention they have great and fair pricing We highly recommend them for any of your plumbing or heating needs!

B & R did a great job for us!! They installed a new furnace, hot water tank, and back-up sump pump system. Everyone was very friendly and extremely accommodating to us and our dogs. We would definitely recommend them!!
