Review: I have contact MVP 6 times since October trying to get my window fixed. In the meantime, the outside casing of the window blew off in the wind and I have tried for the last two weeks to get someone to come and look at it. I keep getting told that someone will call me and they never do. I have to keep calling them. I emailed them asking for someone to come look at my window and over two weeks later, I have not heard back. I spoke to [redacted] at the Home and Garden Show on 2/24/13 and he assured me that the matter would be taken care of and yet I have to continue to call MVP trying to get an answer. I had the same problem two years ago when it took them 6 weeks to bring a screen door that the installer forgot or could not find after my new windows and sliding door was put in.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to come fix my window and the casing around the window and have this matter resolved once and for all.

Also talked with representative at fair they called same day to schedule put off a couple weeks 1st appointment didn't show against better judgement rescheduled purchased windows an told if any referral cash bonus. Took 4-6 weeks for windows to be delivered against better judgement referred to a friend who purchased whole house full of windows waited 2 months no cash called said would receive gift certificate still waiting!!!!! Not very trustworthy!

A year ago I saw the display at a home and garden show. I liked the windows and filled out a card... only to get several extremely pushy follow-up calls every few months even after telling staff multiple times that I was no longer interested. Also, they insisted on my husband being present for any potential quote discussions -- which is difficult because we're both students and he's in the service. If I've purchased a home, turned on utilities, and filed taxes multiple years while my husband is away, why can't I obtain a quote or purchase windows? I don't care how cheap or nice the windows are -- dealing with a sales policy that seemingly requires harassment and sexism is more than enough for me to go elsewhere.

Review: In June I had new windows installed. I have sandstone window ledges on the exterior of my house. During the instal of the windows a few of the sandstone ledges were damaged. The one under my picture window was especially bad. The windows are also guaranteed for life but I never recovered any paperwork for the warranty. I called MVP and they said they would fix it the ledge and send my paperwork. They have yet to do anything. An outside company called me and they said they were coming to look at it to give MVP an estimate for fixing it. That was a month ago. I've called MVP 3 times in the past 4 weeks and haven't received a call back at all.Desired Settlement: I would either like the ledges to be fixed or some of money to be returned. I would also like the warranty paperwork for my windows.
