I am having trouble with your page to respondThis business did not provide good customer serviceHad he merely come out to replace the screws, we would not have filed a complaintBut since he provides such poor customer service, it brought to light the fact that he had no respect for our property, did not purchase Mississippi River stone from [redacted] Stone (I would like to see his receipts from ***), and made accusationsRevdex.com emailed me to say that this complaint had been closed so I wrote this business offWe are not happy with this business and would not call on him ever again

Third, *** needs to understand that a little customer service could go a long way just by coming out when I called him last fall to remove those star head screwsFour, I stated to *** in the very beginning of that project that I had decking screws he should use to reattach the fence panelHe blew me off saying that he had screws and that it did not seem to be a problem for himFive, a whole year and a half later is when I discovered the star head screws because *** was not upfront from the very beginning*** did not bother to tell me he used star head screwsA whole year and a half later we decided that the fence panel had to be raised because the neighbor's tree roots are still bowing that panelAs I have stated before, *** did us no favorsThe fact that *** did not respect our property would NOT have been brought to light had he simply returned to remove star head screws and replaced those star heads with the decking screws I had waiting for him to use in the first placeWe will NEVER call on *** again

I *** *** owner of Mahr's Quality Construction & Snowplowing LLC would like to apologize to the ***'s for any inconvienance that have been cause as that is not our intentions at allI Recomend to them in future to be more clear to a contractor before they leave project if they are not happy with something completed or issues threw out project to get them resolved during process and don't tell them everything looks good or they tell them they are happy when they are not so contractor can resolve the issue that may have occurred during project and not decide too tell them a year and a half later and expect everything too not be questioned by contractor because of what was said day of completion to a year and a half laterThat would eliminate problems on both contractor and customer*** ***

I removed the panel that roots were contactingThe screws were stripped and not an exterior fastenerSo I cut all the roots and rebuilt the retaining wall for raised garden and leveled the groundShe also states I didn't get the Mississippi River rockI did get it and it was from ***She states I didn't need it well some of it was used because of taking out old stuff and putting it back some was mixed with dirt so I did use some of itThe rock she had was little more round and stuff *** had was not as round but it was sameThat's were she said she got it so that is where we got itNo we did not use all of it so I asked her where she wanted it and she said just put it in buckets next to garage and she will use it somewhere elseSo I did that and what was left was maybe a wheel barrel and I said it will just be used as fill if she didn't want it but she had no more buckets and said that was fineAs far as her cleaning up after me and I didn't respect their propertyThat is absolutely false! Yes I ran too Home Depot to get two cases of paver adhesive to fix loose pavers because them otter I tried was not holding to my expectations in which is how I priced repairs is for using mortar mixI had the pavers out and was still working and decided to go get good paver adhesive glue in which was three times the cost of mortar in which I originally priced repair withI did not charge her for thatI came back and she cleaned up the area I was working on as if I left for day when I told her I would be wright back cause I was getting a good adhesive for paversNow why would someone clean up an area that a person is still in progress of repairs that dayThen in her statement she says I set saw down on pavers and it leaked oil on them and she had to scub the oil spots off, that is an absolute lie on her cleaning themYes when I carried saw to truck across her paver driveway the bar oil dropped out a few times and I was not aware of that until she pointed out to six drops of oil on her driveway about the size of a skittle piece of candySo I told her I would clean it and apologized as I did not know it was dripping bar oilI went to menards and got two kinds of acid and brick cleaner meant for oil and I was on my hands and knees cleaning it, not her and I wouldn't expect her to be as it was from my sawBut she lied on doing all this clean up on her statement to make it sound like I was terrible and I have a witness to all thisI cleaned up everythingWhen I was done I asked her if she had any concerns or questions about anything and she said no that everything looked good and was happyThen she asked me about doing a bathroom remodel in her basement and an epoxy floor in her garageNow why if I did so terrible would she ask me to do more jobs for her? Then about two months before she made this statement about my company she called me and asked to do more paver work....I don't know about anyone else but most people if they had a bad experience with a contractor they would not call them back for three other projectsThe screw I installed on fence were actual exterior coated screw for that purposeDuring the whole paver repair process all she was worried about was if it was gonna fix the ants coming out of paver cracksI told her I cannot control where ants go and it's to be expected considering pavers have a sand baseAll I can do is fix the tipping paversShe called me a year and a half after job was completed and decided she wanted to move their fence panels up on that fence and it told her I can do it for free as I didn't touch all the panels and then she was rude to me on phone and said then I better drop of bit so she could get screws out for the correct screws on panel I took off and put back onAt that piont it made it apparent this customer was impossible to keep happy and I had enough of her rudeness to me then to expect me to come move panels up for freeThat 'a when I decided I'm washing my hands with herAnd told her to go to menards to get the bit which is Then she started yelling at me and I said sorry but have a nice dayShe then posted her complaint on Revdex.com against me and lied about all of it to try and make my company look bad, but if anyone out their reading this I would be more than happy to supply you with plenty of referrals to find out how our work and quality is and our customer serviceI even have one I did a big job for across the street from this customer in which still calls me and he can verify my company quality and customer serviceFeel free to give me a callI'm more than happy to fully explain this situation to anybody on what really happened but I will not give customer name nor address out of privacyAbove is the absolute truth on what happened on this projectI even gave her all the cleaner from oil invade she spilled anything else on her paversThis customer made accusations against me' like I said feel free if you read this to call me*** at ###-###-####Thanks and have a wonderful day!
