I have called Jhoanny twice and will call her againThere is always travel to a customer, to the destination, and than back to our starting pointTravel time is a standard with all movers and that is part a necessary part of the moving as well billable processNow saying that, I have no problem
working with a customer if they think the travel time was excessiveWe live in a high traffic area and sometimes things are out of our controlI will call back this customer who has used three times and win her backI don't want some misunderstanding to sour the relationship

They have told me this many times previously (many months ago) and I still am unable to contact them and they do not contact me.I do not believe
them unless they tell me who their insurance company is and let me know the claim number with their insurance company.If and when I get that information, then I will believe them

We are in the process of filing a claim with the consumer and through our insurance company

[redacted] absolutely had some minor issues on her move which took longer than they should have to be rectified. However, I did address them. I went to her house and viewed her issues. She requested I get some shelf pins for her daughters bookcase and some clips that held her outdoor table together...

as well as fix her husbands grill plate on his grill. I had the grill plate fixed and dropped off shelf pins. The clips I was not able to find so her husband and I agreed on $75 as a settlement.
