MAID ACS

Review: I hired Maid ACS to provide cleaning services as they have many times in the past. After their visit on 11/4/14, I noticed that the lid to my electronic garbage can was dripping water and non-functional. I allowed it to air dry overnight, but it still does not work. I contacted the owner and she apologized, but later called me back and said that they did not damage it. I contacted them again with the replacement cost and they have not responded.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to replace the damaged lid or pay me directly the cost of doing so which is $48.79 ($29.99 + $18.70 for shipping).
