Review: I have had too many issues with this company regarding scheduling and adequate services. I observed that I was overcharged for the last cleaning without notice in writing. I have previous emails stating I wanted to go to a once a month service AFTER my home had been cleaned on June 18th. I was overcharged 110.00 for the June 18th cleaning when I should have been charged 100.00 even. In addition, I sent an email complaining that the cleaning was done poorly and my front door was left open. am really annoyed with the lack of customer service. I was also charge 50.00 for my house being locked. I was charged for services not rendered and was not informed In writing. Having my credit card on file does not give any company the right to charge my card whatever it wishes.Desired Settlement: Refund 160.00 for poor services not rendered and poor customer service. This company took advantage of having customers credit card on file.
