Called this company to check and see if they were available a certain week Owner assured me they were and we scheduled an appointment Despite several assurances they were be there on the date agreed upon, no one showed up Called several times, sent emails, contacted them on their website and facebook page without any response We ended up driving over minutes to meet up with them, sat for a couple hours while trying to reachPurchased the deal through [redacted] who reimbursed us thankfullyWould highly recommend not counting on these folks to follow through

I purchased a living social deal along with many other peopleOnly to find out that when you call to schedule they do not have the staff to complete the ordersThey never would answer the phoneYou were told to text the owner or emailI did both and never recieved a reply backThe company would then post messages to facebook telling you that they are getting to call the calls in orderI waited and never was returned so I called again, still nothingThey event went and gave themselves a star review on Yelp because everyone was giving them bad reviewsStill no one has called be back or will answer my callI will be turning to living social to get my money back

I bought a [redacted] deal for a deep cleaning for my house, I made an appointment and then they never called or showed upIt took me days to finally have someone call me back, after I emailed, called, and posted on [redacted] to have them show upThe owner then told me she would give me a month of free cleaning, so I called to set it up and have not heard backI then get an email saying they don't have any appointments this week and it will have to be next week, when I have been trying to get in touch with them for well over a weekThey are very unprofessional

This company is offering a deal on *** for deep cleaning services I first sent an email via their website to inquire about how soon I could use this service I did this because I wanted to use it in conjunction with preparing for my husband's homecoming (he's in the military and has been deployed for the last months)I waited a week with no response before I called I had to call 2-times before I finally was able to get a hold of someone I explained that I sent an email over a week ago and they didn't express any concern when I said I hadn't heard anything After discussing my request to have the cleaning service done in a short window of time and scheduling an appointment, they were able to schedule an appointment with me They told me I would recieve a courtesy call a half hour before the appointment to let me know they were on their way A few days before the appointment, something came up at work so I called to see if I could change my appointment I had to leave a message because the call went unanswered I never heard back from them so on the day of my appointment I called to verify Again, no answer so I left a message My appointment was for p.m I did not receive the promised courtesy call, but that was probably because they never showed up I called at p.min hopes of figuring out why they were late Again, no one answered my call I left a message asking for them to return my call so that I would know when to expect them No one returned my call I called again at and at 6, leaving messages both times requesting for them to call me back I waited for three days and still did not hear back My last call to them went unanswered again The voicemail I left them explained that I would be getting a refund from *** *** so that I did not have to work with the company and that I was going to report them to the Revdex.com due to their lack of customer service I have yet to hear back from them

They said they did and they put me on the schedule. Although I repeatedly called and emailed to confirm and get a time no one answered the phone or emails until the day before my cleaning date. I talked to [redacted] who assured me I was on the schedule for first thing in the morning. No one showed up and no one is answering the phone or emails at the company. Soddy and dishonest business practices.
