The soil level was beyond the average. The maids had to stop, rinse tools and refill buckets due to excessive pet fur and extreme dust. Ceilings and walls were dusted, wood trim around doors and windows and baseboards were washed. All doors were washed on both sides. Every cabinet, every drawer was washed in and out of the kitchen. Every cabinet and drawer was washed in all the bathroom vanities. All closets were washed. The bathrooms were sanitized, the showers were treated for lime and calcium buildup, the toilets were scrubbed and shined, the mirrors were shined. All hard floors were dust mopped first and then mopped. Carpet was vacuumed. The client was charged the regular fee of [redacted] per hour per maid. The client contacted us about 2 weeks after the job was completed. He said certain tasks were not performed such as washing of walls oven cleaning and a few other "extras" which are not included nor were requested. I attempted to explain this to the client but he seemed unreasonable. If we were asked to wash walls I would have sent the client a waiver which we would need him to sign which would release us from responsibility of possible damage to walls in case the paint was not the washable type. All work is shared by a team of maids. If the team is 2 maids the hourly rate is [redacted] per hour. If the team is 3 maids the hourly rate is [redacted] per hour. If one maid works for 9 hours or two maids work for 4.5 hours or three maids work for 3 hours the same amount of work is being done for the same amount of money.
Two Maids arrived at 10:00am working until 12:30 = 2.5 hours = [redacted]

No carpets were vacuumed by the cleaning crew as Gale stated. I, personally, vacuumed all of the carpets while the women were cleaning.
