The $is OK but not as a service creditMy new car is a and it may be 2-years before I could use a service creditI would like either a gas card or a check that I could use now instead of 2-years from now.I did try to settle this with my salesman back in September when I bought my carI never got a call back after several attempts to settle this wrong doing with Chapman ChevroletI am sorry that it came to this!

I would like to re open until this transaction is complete.I did call Chase at Chapman who told me they wanted to complete the purchaseBut again I have been told that from the get go on a monthly basis.Hopefully he will come

The $200.00 is OK but not as a service credit. My new car is a 2018 and it may be 2-3 years before I could use a service credit. I would like either a gas card or a check...
