After calling and speaking to the owner (he hung up on me and forwarded his phone to the office) the cleaners were sent a second time and I met them at the house and went through all the services listed on this companies website and showed the cleaners everything they had missed - cobwebs, cupboards, floors!, bathrooms! they had not done at all. After the cleaners second attempt, they still had missed so much, it took me over 2 hours to complete.
