Review: The [redacted] was unclear about the scheduling, and she was aggressive and rude about my attempt to clarify it. I didn't want to contract with her company after speaking with her, because she was rude to me and because it sounded like there might still be some confusions about scheduling. I politely suggested that we just call it off and not talk about it again. She agreed, but she later charged my debit card a fee.Desired Settlement: I desire for this fee to be refunded.
