Review: My wife bought a [redacted] promotion for this company around October 2012. We made numerous, unsuccessful phone calls throughout the month of October and November 2012 and left messages stating our desire to schedule a cleaning. When the business finally answered it was during the last week of November 2012 (Thanksgiving week) and we were informed that the next available date is January 21, 2013. We agreed to that date as both my wife and I have the day off. When January 21, 2013 the company did not deliver the service as scheduled. We received no prior communication of any form telling us the appointment has been canceled or changed. I called the company several times throughout that day but the message "We're sorry your call did not go through please try again later" and "The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time. Please try again later" was the answer I kept getting. I decided to give it a few days before calling again as January 21, 2013 was MLK Day and might have been a scheduling error.I called several more times on January 25, 2013 and kept getting the same messages. I searched around review websites such as Yelp and people have complained about the same issues. Why run a promotion if you are not going to follow through with it? This company will not honor its commitment and consumers should stay away from this business.

I would like to receive a full refund (not credit) from [redacted]. This is the second time we purchased a home cleaning service from [redacted] and both times the company has failed to deliver on its promise. The first time we received a credit, but I see a pattern developing here of bad promotions and unscrupulous companies taking advantage of promotion to rob consumers of their money. [redacted] is just as responsible as the company I mentioned for not running a thorough check.
