After only month of moving in, I was robbedThey claimed at the office that it never happens here but police reports that its a hot area and that it happens all the timeThey told me to leave ASAPThis place is full of drugs and theftIm just hoping nothin happens to my pregnant wifeThey did not allow me to leave irregardless of the circumstances and expect me to leave my pregnant wife home alone with the roachesThe place is full of roaches because they are in the pipelinesWe are clean but no matter what we do we cant get rid of themInternet never worked since day one and I was given hell for itApparently not part of the contract even though they claimed I'd have it included when I moved inNo discounts provided only more promises on how they'd get it fixed ASAPits been months now and I'm in the same boatI'm a student and need internetI had several overage charges on my data plans because of itIts been about months since I moved in now and they refuse to let me leave without paying more feesMaintenance likes to do half jobsthey don't fix thingsI went without my 2nd toilet for the whole first month and bent up blinds that they claimed would "unbend on their own with time." Eventually they came in to replace them and only took down some of them and left some of the old bent ones hangingToilet was eventually replaced and left loose so now it makes noise and wobbles every time I sit on itI consider myself relatively patient and respectfulThis is an honest review and I can only conclude it by saying it has been the worst experience of my life moving hereWasting over $because of my decision to move hereThey have so many empty apartments and its because its not a safe place to liveIn the short time that Ive been here, I have myself heard of other incidents from broken windows to stolen radiatorsTrust me when I say DO NOT MOVE HERE and whatever you do DO NOT SIGN THAT CONTRACT

Very old and deplorable Conditions in some of the rooms plus any and all of the management tries to when your lease is up to weasel and lie to try and stronghold you so you can't leaveAlso they advertise "Free Fiber optic Internet" on the site as well as other locations but they fail to mention that you are required to use it and you can not get your ownThe service "Spot On Networks" is very poor quality Internet it constantly goes out and sometimes all night as well as in it was out a entire month as the representative said it was due to them being hackedThe management at Southern Pines is constantly changing and will more than happy to help you until you want to leave or require something they do not likeThe price is cheap but as the old saying goes you get what you pay forI advice anyone to head the warnings of the many bad reviews and skip this apartment complex

Again, we are sorry for any inforamtion we have not been able to help you with, but as you stated before us there has been several management companies , I can only speak on the behalf of who is here nowwe did give you the information when you called to call the previous company that we knew of which was ***I am unclear as to how you feel that we can provide you with any further informationIf you live here under a differnt company as I stated the mangaement did not just change we purchase the property in November and we do not have those records, if this is something that was put against you on your credit then the credit company shoud be able to provide you with the collectors informationWe only kepted records that pertain to ressidnets who lived on site and or that had moved a year prior any other info would not have been left in are hands
we are sorry you are not getting what you need but as we stated we are offering you what we could pullup for you
Best of luck to you and my suggestion would be to contacted who ever was you last manament company in the records we found it stated that would have been *** but there was no other information provided for uswe had an apt number and a move out date we did not have any file information on this apt,

As we told the past residnet we took over and bought the property November 2014, she was told she needed to contacted the past manament company as we can not provide a security deposti refund to someone that was a past residnet to another management as we do not show records as to why she was not
refunded that moneyshe was told to contacted the previous owners and management company *** properties
we are sorry she is having dificulties with finding the information she needs but we did answer her questions the best to the knowledge on what documents were left about her unit and her move out, which only leaves us a name on a past residnet and a balance if one is due

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I was never told this information  I was simply told they were under new management and that that's all they could tell me. They also said they woul look into the matter and call me back, which they never did. They definitely never gave me a name or number of who to contact. I understand that they are under new management, they changed hands at least three times while I was there, and every time none of my information was passed on. This is not a way to do business and this is why they are not doing well and keep changing managers.
